This workshop is the first of a two-part webinar series that will explore conducting a community assessment that reflects input from both external and internal sources and describes how this can inform programmatic priorities and decisions.
This first part will focus on the benefits, mechanics, and impacts of community assessment, along with knowing how to pivot based on results. This segment will demonstrate community-based assessment methods for assessing groups that are external to the organization or operating group.
